Job Description Summary:

This position reports to the VP, Function Operations and EA to Bea Perez. The Senior Director, Function Operations, serves as a strategic partner to the VP & EA and the Office of Bea (including Bea and her Senior EA, Tammy) and will support key projects, business planning and operational excellence for the function. The role will be responsible for the execution of key priorities in a fast-paced, networked environment.

This role requires:

  • Proven experience working with senior executives and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
  • Strong organization with a passion for continual improvement and operational rigor.
  • Excellent communications (verbal and written skills) and strong collaboration  and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive engagement in a networked, agile environment.
  • High integrity, discretion and ability to manage confidential information.

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Strategic Support: Serve as strategic support to the VP, Function Operations and EA to Bea Perez and the Office of Bea Perez.  
  • Business Planning and Governance: Support annual business planning process and lead robust governance routines. Ensure implementation aligns with the organization’s objectives and budget considerations.
  • Strategic Initiatives and Project Leadership: Lead key strategic initiatives for the Office of Bea, including Board preparation, ELT council preparation, strategic planning, brief writing and development and agenda management, leadership team planning and engagement. Lead cross-functional projects, working closely with various teams to ensure everyone is aligned and moving toward key deadlines and shared objectives.
  • Communications: Support weekly communications to Bea and to the Executive Leadership Team and Global PACS Leadership, providing updates on enterprise-wide initiatives, critical updates, priorities and progress. Support weekly correspondence needs for Bea and VP, Function Operations.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Education: Four-year college degree in a relevant field 
  • Years of experience: 7 or more years of relevant experience in stakeholder management; communications; project management and/or government relations.

Pay Range:

$189,000 - $220,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
