Who you are:

As a Collateral Specialist, you are our lien navigator, ensuring the accurate preparation of releases and transfers of liens on all types of collateral. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting lien releases, monitoring flood insurance on various loans, and researching previously paid out and acquisition loans. Talking to internal and external customers are a part of the job, but to you, it’s an opportunity to build long-lasting relationships. In addition, you will use your analytical skills to research and always complete all request with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Adhere to established procedures for the accurate preparation of releases and transfers of liens on all types of collateral
  • Responsible for researching previous paid out loans and acquisition loans
  • Research and complete related inquiries to provide excellent customer service, while maintaining a prudent decision making process so as to adequately protect the Bank's assets
  • Communicate with both internal and external customers on various matters
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Loan documentation or title company experience, as needed

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Imaging system
  • Knowledge of SHAW loan system and ILIEN
