Job Description​

Assists in executing community and/or employee facing events that support goals of community engagement, business development, education, prevention, and/or employee appreciation and recognition.

  • Helps coordinate vendors and staff; provide support for programming, activations, and on-site logistics, and client representation at events, including communication with event attendees, and collection of external prospects for marketing database; assist with preparing accomplishment reports and presentations that measure event success.

  • Assists senior team leadership in supporting external vendor relationships and deliverables relative to community and/or employee events and activities.

  • Coordinates events and outreach activities that serve the region’s mission and objectives.

  • Provides on-site support at sponsorship activation and events. Requires some evening and weekend availability.

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience required.
