Job Description
Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service center
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service
Manage employee performance evaluations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Utilize data analysis tools to track trends in customer inquiries and complaints
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies governing customer service operations
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on customer service operations, highlighting successes and challenges
