今回募集するポジションは、こうしたHPE Aruba Networkingのオファリングをエンドユーザー様に向けて訴求し、ビジネス成長をリードするハイタッチ営業のポジションです。特定の業界セグメントにおける複数のアカウントセットを担当し、アサインされたQuotaの達成を目指します。

＜職務内容＞

・Sales Quotaの達成に向けたハイタッチ営業活動

担当顧客におけるビジネス成長戦略の策定と遂行

担当顧客のマネジメント、上位マネジメントと連携したエグゼクティブとの関係強化、新規開拓、戦略的パートナーとの協業による案件創出、獲得

Pipeline, Sales Forecastの管理、レポート

・組織目標達成への貢献

組織イベント・施策への積極参加、フィールドからのフィードバック提供

ハイパフォーマンスカルチャー醸成施策への理解と、自己啓発・自己開発を通じた組織活性化への貢献

・法人向け営業経験 （業界は問わない）

・IT業界への強い興味および関心

・目標達成意欲と行動力

・顧客とのリレーション構築スキル

・パイプライン、Forecastマネジメントスキル
