The Position:

GameChanger is a product-driven business where your decisions and contributions will impact millions of youth athletes, coaches, and their fans. As a Senior Product Manager for the Trust & Safety team, you will be critical in defining what “Trust and Safety” means at GameChanger, shaping the team, and influence the business to ensure the user safety and community well-being of our families, players and coaches. This role reports to the Director of Product Management.

What You'll Do:

  • Trust & Safety strategy: Work closely with cross-functional partners to define a product strategy for GameChanger’s products and processes that meets our business objectives and improves our customers’ experience.

  • Trust & Safety roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features to support new features, tooling, and reporting based on customer interactions, market analysis, and industry needs.

  • Product development: Own end-to-end 0-1 product development, from ideation through launch and support, working closely with your engineering, design, and customer experience counterparts to deliver new products and product enhancements.

  • Metrics and analytics: Define and track key performance indicators related to Trust & Safety broadly as well as product features and processes; iterate on product experiences based on data-driven insights to measure product performance and guide future work.

  • Policy Development: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and implement policies that support user safety while ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Launch fast and iterate often

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years experience in product managing software technology products, with a focus on trust & safety products.

  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large scale projects with a track record of building relationships, influencing, and inspiring all levels of the organization.

  • Solid understanding of the trust & safety space and a knowledge of what makes for a best in class experience informed by user needs.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including written, verbal, and numeric communication. You should have the ability to communicate complex technical ideas and to engineering and non-engineer audiences.

  • Must possess strong SQL skills and be comfortable with self-service data analysis to support decision-making in a product context.

  • Demonstrated strong business judgment, with the ability to consider and communicate tradeoffs between company needs and the needs of users.

  • You have proven experience working with compliance and legal teams

The target salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $200,000. This is part of a total compensation package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by several factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We constantly review all teammate pay to ensure a great compensation package that is fair and equal across the board.
