Description
The Global Risk Intelligence & Technology (GRIT) team is expanding its digital, reporting, and analytical capabilities to better support Financial Risk Digital Enablement (FRDE). We are seeking a Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation (RAA) to design, enhance, and scale automated reporting, dashboards, and workflows that strengthen how financial risk is monitored and communicated across the enterprise.
This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, governance, and operations. You will collaborate with partners across actuarial, finance, risk, and engineering to streamline reporting processes, reinforce controls, and evolve our analytics ecosystem using tools such as Power Platform, Azure, Databricks, and emerging GenAI capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:
The incumbent's role will be to deliver ongoing analysis, reporting, and automating required processes. This includes data and reporting preparation, working with GenAI and Analytics group, ongoing automation of reports and other ad-hoc requests for delivery to the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, executive and Board risk committees required analytics and reporting.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Design, develop, and maintain analytics dashboards and digital solutions supporting Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk, Reinsurance Risk, and Model Risk oversight.
Partner with global risk stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
Lead the development of risk intelligence dashboards, stress testing tools, forecasting models, and monitoring capabilities to support risk management decision-making.
Automate financial risk reporting processes through workflow orchestration, data integration, and process optimization to improve efficiency and data quality.
Build and maintain centralized risk data platforms that enable forecasting, scenario analysis, regulatory reporting, and management insights.
Develop advanced data visualizations and self-service reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to senior management and risk committees.
Drive the adoption of AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance risk commentary generation, reporting, data quality monitoring, and operational efficiency.
Develop and support model risk management solutions, including model inventory, validation reporting, governance workflows, and related automation initiatives.
Ensure adherence to data governance, controls, and risk management standards across all analytics, reporting, and digital enablement initiatives.
Provide ongoing production support, platform enhancements, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement for financial risk technology solutions and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting automation, digital transformation, or risk technology functions.
Advanced proficiency in Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, with experience designing enterprise-grade solutions.
Strong hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling best practices.
Demonstrated experience building low-code and pro-code applications, workflow automations, and integrated business solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience designing, deploying, or supporting AI-powered solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Agentic AI, AI agents, or similar intelligent automation platforms.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages for data analysis, automation, system integration, and advanced analytics use cases.
Knowledge of financial services, insurance, banking, risk management, governance, or regulatory reporting processes is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and influence adoption across multiple functions.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous innovation through analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies.
