Key accountabilities

• Develop and execute an effective commercial plan to increase the members connected to the group's Fixed Income Retail Markets and deepen strategic relationships.
• Enhance and develop relationships with current members, unlocking their untapped potential.
• Promote cross membership among clients active in other asset classes traded on Euronext markets, as well as within the Fixed Income markets to integrate locations that are not yet covered.
• Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that the value proposition of Fixed Income product/service is comprehensive to notably generate cross-selling opportunities. 
• Foster relationships with asset managers and private banking to position the group's Fixed Income retail markets as a complementary and alternative venue for executing odd-lot orders.
• Identify operators' needs regarding new functionalities, assess their feasibility, and define new development projects to acquire new flows.
• Monitor competitors' new initiatives and propose appropriate countermeasures to protect market revenues.

 
Your profile

• Expert knowledge of Euronext’s market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.
• Excellent client facing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the client’s organization.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
• Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer oriented and numbers-driven approach to work.
• Pan-European experience – developing business in multiple geographic locations.
• Fluent in English with a good command of spoken and written French.
