The opportunity


This position will evaluate current and identify emerging distribution risks, establish and oversee the governance process for escalation, monitor Sales Quality report at assigned locations, implement quality check, and follow up preventive actions of assigned locations.


Responsibilities

I.    Leading Agency Risk and Control team with key roles: 

  • Evaluate current and identify emerging distribution risks facing the business and ensure that controls are properly focused

  • Establish and oversee the governance process for escalation of material risks locally and to Asia Distribution L1B

  • Monitor Distribution Quality by reviewing DistQ Indices & DistQAR and reporting key distribution risks and action plans monthly and quarterly, respectively, locally and to Asia Distribution L1B

  • Collaborate with Line 2 Risk Management & Compliance to drive the continuous improvement & implementation of the risk management framework/internal & external compliance requirements, methodology, tools, CAP closures and reporting. 

  • Respond to Line 3 Audit Services and Line 2 Compliance findings and assist/objectively challenge Sales Management in the remediation plans and ensure timely CAP closure

II.    Conduct Quality Assurance of Agency:

  • Monitor Sales Quality report at assigned locations

  • Implement quality check (Call Agent/Customer, site visit) on regular basis

  • Follow up preventive actions of assigned locations with respective stakeholders

  • Cooperate with stakeholders, including Regional Head, sales force and internal division to enhance sales quality.

  • Perform regular and ad hoc onsite visit at Agency office for quality check cover areas. 

  • Delivery onsite visit report within required time frame. Proactive in proposed action to enhance sale quality. 

  • Review sale process/procedure of Sale force at assigned locations following sale procedure, standard and policies

  • BA designation, along with insurance industry experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
