How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and implement policies to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.

  • Assess environmental risks affecting employees and surrounding communities.

  • Lead investigations of accidents and environmental incidents.

  • Identify root causes and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

  • Liaise with engineers, management, and health & safety authorities.

  • Design and deliver safety training programs for all staff levels.

  • Conduct compliance audits and report findings to leadership.

  • Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly.

  • Track safety metrics and present data-driven insights to stakeholders.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in environmental or workplace safety roles.

  • Proven knowledge of local and international safety regulations.

  • Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analyses.

  • Strong communication skills for training and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Proficiency in English and the local language of the work location.
