Summary
Facilitates and leads daily Value Analysis activities within the Value Analysis team focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supply chain optimization. This role involves collaborating with clinical and operational teams to evaluate products, services and technologies to ensure they deliver value while maintain high standards of patient care. Provides leadership, training, and support to colleagues involved in Value Analysis initiatives.

Job Duties

  • Drives accountability within the value analysis team ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Exhibits leadership skills and acts as a change agent to support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Proactive communication with clinical, operational and supply chain colleagues to ensure cost-effective, high-quality decisions.
  • Facilitates meeting activities supporting the value analysis committees with stakeholder such as physicians, nurses, and other leaders.
  • Builds relationships across the health care continuum to drive change.
  • Reviews internal value analysis processes and identifies areas for improvement and efficiencies.
  • Demonstrates comfort managing risk and navigating uncertainty in complex healthcare environments.
  • Applies strong healthcare knowledge with the ability to perform, interpret, and evaluate clinical research.
  • Effectively solves day-to-day operational and analytical challenges within value analysis and healthcare settings.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Supply Chain, other clinical-focused program or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of clinical experience, clinical strategic sourcing, and/or value analysis and
  • 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Working knowledge of Value Analysis processes and methodology.
  • Proven decision-making ability.
  • Ability to handle risk and uncertainty.
  • Effective problem solver with a structured, analytical approach.
  • Must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform clinical research.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, MBA, or other clinical-focused program.
  • CMRP - Certified Materials & Resource Professional - American Hospital Association Upon Hire or
  • RN - Licensed Registered Nurse_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire


Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
