What you will be doing at Woodard & Curran:

 

The Lead O&M Tech is responsible for leading a team of workers who operate, maintain, and repair water and wastewater infrastructure. This position requires a thorough knowledge of water and wastewater systems and the ability to oversee the work of a team. The Lead O&M Tech will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

 

Schedule:

  • Four, 10 hour days. Hours: 7am- 5:30pm. Flexibility and extended shifts to meet the seasonal demands of the water and wastewater system.  Reliable and dependable attendance is an essential function of the position.
  • Availability for standby duty and the ability to be β€œon-call,” working evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.  Response to emergency events and alarm call-outs required as scheduled and when required.
