Job responsibilities:

• Create design concepts that align with the casino’s brand and enhance the guest experience.

• Create detailed design plans for casino promotions, including gaming areas, dining spaces, and entertainment venues.

• Select materials, furnishings, lighting, and decor to create an inviting atmosphere.

• Oversee and manage digital and physical content related to the casino’s design, including signage, promotional materials, multimedia displays and online platform such as website and APP.

• Ensure designs meet all regulatory and safety standards.

• Manage project budgets and timelines.

• Incorporate the latest technology in gaming and entertainment.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years management experience in Digital Marketing or Gaming industry.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite and/or AutoCAD), strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

• Possess excellent business to business service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.

• Ability to develop unique and engaging design concepts that enhance the guest experience

• University graduate preferred

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

• Knowledge of Mainland China Social Media platforms.

• Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Very strong customer service orientation.
