Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Manage desktop hardware operations, including computers, printers, telephones, etc.; oversee IT fixed asset inventory; handle desktop IT operations configuration management, including AD, DHCP, VPN, email, office software, antivirus software, etc. Oversee security and surveillance system maintenance. Manage conference room operations, including projectors, smart control systems, and audio-visual equipment. Handle on-site IT hardware rental business and address related hardware issues. Manage IT asset management and related hardware procurement requests. Collaborate with project managers to complete on-site IT architecture design. Perform other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a computer-related field; 2024 graduates are preferred. Proficiency in English for reading and writing documents, able to introduce oneself in English, and hold a CET-4 certificate. Gentle personality with adaptability.
