Essencial Responsabilities:

  • Understanding project structure and attending meetings with a project team (R3 and IKO);
  • Controlling the release of LLBOM/BOM/ECM on committed dates to meet datelines and SLAs;
  • Release BOM in CJ20N and analyze parts availability. Work with Project Manager to review dates and escalate when needed;
  • Manage Product Cycles and project materials and being the representative in IKO meetings for Supply Chain;
  • Participate daily on SQDC meetings (shipping, test, assembly) and provide each PM with their project status as well as schedule meetings with PMs on a constant basis;
  • Communicate proactively with the different departments, seeking alignment of the parties, problem solving issues that arise from IKO to Shipping;
  • Work closely with Planning lead to implement ongoing process improvements and maintain material KPIs;
  • Work together with the Sourcing and Purchasing teams to identify improvements and opportunities for suppliers and/or supply processes;
  • Identify and seek updates to the ERP system (SAP®) with the IT team to implement continuous improvements in terms of materials control;
  • Support Supply Chain team with inputs during approval of new projects and short cycles;
  • Develop, analyze and provide reports and indicators to control demand and manage materials in projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineer;
  • Previous experience in Material´s Planning;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced Excel;
