Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

• Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles.
• Advises immediate management on project-level issues
• Guides junior engineers
• Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices
• Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Your day-to-day

As a Software Engineer focused on Web, you'll design and implement robust frontend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web products.

Your day-to-day will primarily involve:

• Designing and developing scalable web applications and user interfaces.

• Optimizing web performance, accessibility, and user experience.

• Learning from and supporting other engineers.

• Collaborating with design teams to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.

What you need to succeed

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, and common modern development patterns.

• Solid hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, contributing to scalable and maintainable web applications.

• Practical experience building performant and accessible web interfaces, with awareness of WCAG guidelines and cross-browser compatibility considerations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, actively participating in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar).

• Sound understanding of state management, API integration, and frontend testing frameworks to deliver reliable and maintainable code.
