Our projects range from measurement and evaluation of initiatives, leveraging data, to strategic consulting projects such as digital transformation, clinical management, or optimization of care processes. Always with a practical, collaborative approach focused on generating real impact in decision-making and improving the functioning of the healthcare system.

We are looking for a Consultant with experience in consulting or project management in the healthcare environment, who is eager to grow professionally by leading diverse projects with clients in the health sector.

Your role

• Participate in the design, execution, and monitoring of projects for healthcare organizations, and lead them independently.

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate insights.

• Prepare high-quality deliverables (reports, presentations, dashboards, etc.).

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders in the healthcare sector and facilitate joint working sessions.

• Support the development of proposals.

• Learn, contribute, and grow within a multidisciplinary team with a high level of collaboration.

Profile we’re looking for:

• Degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, or other related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in:

• Consulting in the healthcare sector (strategy, care processes, digital health, innovation, data analysis, etc.).
• Or in management, project, or planning roles in hospitals or public healthcare entities.
• Experience managing projects with or for healthcare system organizations (public or private), including strategic conversations with key stakeholders in the sector.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and key hospital processes.
