Position Summary

  • As a Rebates Invoice / Resubmission Analyst, you will be supporting the Rebate Finance department, which is responsible for administering all pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and pricing agreements. You will oversee the day-to-day processes of implementing contracts, analyzing prescription utilization data, researching variances, sending invoices, and reconciling payments.
  • In this role, you will interact with a number of teams, both within our own department and throughout the company. In addition, you will work directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure that contractual obligations are met and disputes are taken care of in a timely fashion. As a member of the team, you will help drive value for our clients by reducing their overall drug spend. Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of finance, healthcare or pharmacy experience (internships may be applied)
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, with an
    emphasis on Excel including V-lookup, functions, pivot tables etc..

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with contract administration, contract interpretation, financial and / or data analysis


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; preferably with a concentration in Math, Finance, Economics or Accounting.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
