Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$91,800.00 - $151,600.00

What Is the Opportunity?

Under general supervision, Sr. Technology Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) collaboration solutions within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of M365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related tools. The engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and partners to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet the organization's needs. We're looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent teamwork abilities who proactively seeks help when needed and analyzes situations thoughtfully.

What Will You Do?

  • Design and Implementation:  

  • Design and architect M365 collaboration solutions based on business requirements and best practices. 
  • Implement and configure M365 applications, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related tools. 
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Support and Maintenance:  

  • Provide technical support for M365 collaboration solutions, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems. 
  • Manage and maintain M365 environments, including updates, patches, and security configurations. 
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.  
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:  

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.    
  • Work closely with IT teams, including architecture, security, and networking, to ensure successful implementation and support of M365 solutions. 
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners to leverage external resources and expertise. 
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:  

  • Stay up to date with the latest M365 technologies and trends. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. 
  • Research and evaluate new M365 features and capabilities to enhance collaboration and productivity. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Five years of experience in Technology preferred.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related tools.

  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and supporting complex collaboration solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, to leadership and virtual audiences of 100 or more.

  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies.

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps) for automation and administration. Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.

  • Experience with content management systems and information architecture.

  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

  • By combining technical expertise with strong communication and collaboration skills, the Sr Technology Engineer will play a vital role in enabling the organization to leverage M365 to enhance collaboration, productivity, and innovation

What is a Must Have?

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or its equivalent in work experience, required.

  • Three years of experience in Technology required.
