As a Senior HR leader, the HR Cluster Lead is accountable for shaping and executing human resources strategy across a cluster of countries within the EMEA region. This role partners closely with Strategic Business partners, business leaders, HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and HR Operations to drive transformation, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment between global initiatives and local execution. 

Operating in a complex, matrixed environment, the HR Cluster Lead delivers expert guidance on all aspects of HR management—spanning strategic workforce planning, talent development, organizational design, and employee relations—while navigating local labor laws and labor relations frameworks. The role combines operational leadership with strategic influence, facilitating innovation and continuous improvement across both commercial and manufacturing organizations.
