About the Role
Product Manager II will own one or more product features and lead project execution. Individuals in this role will own product development plans and represent their feature(s) within the cross- functional team proposing new feature ideas that address a customer pain point or need based on their deep and firsthand understanding of the customer. They will prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects based on relevant data for timely resolution and also lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones
This position will be hybrid in Alpharetta, GA - 3x per week
Responsibilities
Customer Focus: Interacts with customers, gathers and prioritizes requirements, stays updated on market trends, and resolves complex issues.
Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Gathers data from multiple sources, makes trade-off decisions, evaluates hypotheses, manages issues, and generates insights.
Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Communicates customer requirements, assists in launch plans, answers questions, offers training, supports sales collateral, and outlines key milestones.
Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Solves customer issues, develops prototypes, participates in product discovery, manages lifecycle portions, understands SDLCs, and improves customer experience.
Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Shapes product vision, uses competitive analysis, budgets operating costs, creates development plans, and monitors performance.
Technical Skills: Prioritizes functionality, proficient in technologies, understands data and technical architecture, and learns new technologies.
Personal Capability - Practices Self-Development: Develops competencies, acts on feedback, seeks feedback, and builds on strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements
Suggested Minimum Years of PM Experience: 4-6 years
Full ownership of a product or multiple features
Insurance domain experience in policy strongly preferred
Led and released changes or enhancements improving customer satisfaction and/or commercial impact thorough product development knowledge, including business cases, content, and product plans
Successful participation in customer engagements
Strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing workload
Education to Qualify: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, risk management, or technical subject preferred, but not essential
