About You
In this Professional role, you’ll focus on supporting accurate and compliant intercompany accounting activities while partnering with Global Business Services and internal stakeholders. You’ll contribute to timely execution of routine transactions, reporting, and issue resolution that supports Kimberly‑Clark’s financial integrity and control environment. Role Responsibilities
Support the goals of the Intercompany Accounting team through accurate and timely execution of routine intercompany transactions
Deliver assigned activities and projects in alignment with Kimberly‑Clark’s internal control policies, procedures, and guidelines
Work with intercompany services invoicing tools to ensure appropriate charge procedures are applied between KC entities
Coordinate with relevant teams to develop and execute intercompany invoicing across trade, services, royalties, spare parts, expatriates, and intercompany sales
Prepare weekly intercompany reports and month‑end reporting packages
Analyze month‑end accounts payable and accounts receivable balances for intercompany transactions
Identify exceptions, variances, or reconciliation issues and escalate to appropriate internal teams
Act as a liaison between Global Business Services and internal customers for intercompany matters
Provide transaction support, respond to inquiries, and resolve intercompany issues
Communicate intercompany policies, procedures, and guidelines to stakeholders as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Strong oral and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to work through challenging or complex situations to achieve goals
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues and stakeholders
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in accounting, finance, or intercompany accounting
Exposure to accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Experience supporting month‑end close or reporting activities
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working in a shared services or Global Business Services environment
Familiarity with intercompany invoicing processes
Ability to analyse data and identify discrepancies
Experience working with financial systems or invoicing tools
Demonstrated ability to provide stakeholder updates and communications
