We are seeking for a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the LATAM project.

Responsibilities:

• As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service.
• You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Program Project Management.
• You should have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Program Project Management is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Banking Payments Applications, Estimation and Planning, Risk Management, and Scope Management are recommended.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize program/project outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to service level agreements
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance program/project efficiency
• Intermediate level of English,
