A key leadership role within the KION ITS UK&I organisation, responsible for leading the Baoli Brand including P&L accountability, sales planning, pricing, Service, Used and Short Term Rental activities. This pivotal role will drive our sales and service strategy to achieve increased NT order intake, enhance market share, and achieve defined gross profit targets within the UK&I market. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, aligning strategies with sales initiatives, and reporting to the SVP KION ITS UK&I. Effectively managing three clear routes to market (Direct, Dealer, E-Commerce), this role will require a strong sales bias in order to reset the Baoli Brand in our markets, whilst also profitably growing both Stephensons and McLemans

What we offer:

* Execute Sales & Service Strategy to achieve order intake, market share, and gross profit growth targets for Baoli, Stephensons and McLemans

* Provide strategic direction to steer sales and service performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives

* Build and directly lead a high-performing sales team with appointed Baoli Dealers (which includes Stephensons and McLemans), fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

* Establish and optimise tools and processes for efficient sales operations (direct, dealer, e-commerce) Initiate change and drive growth initiatives to capture new market opportunities and improve sales performance in all three sales channels

* Develop and run sales enablement and support activities for salesforce and dealer network

* Develop and implement sales analytics and planning to optimize performance Setting targets and objectives for the sales and service organisation, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary

* Support the expansion of the Baoli distribution footprint through collaboration with central dealer development initiatives

* Represent the Company in the market, with dealers, third party partners and HQ EMEA

Tasks and Qualifications:

  • Strong sales management bias with proven direct and indirect (Distributor) high performing sales experience
  • Gravitas combined with agility
  • Personal accountability and resilience
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships at all organisational levels (including matrix)
  • Indepth understanding and experience of Material Handling Industry (all business streams and market segments)
  • Able to develop and execute strategies, plans and budgets in line with overall business objectives
  • Able to communicate effectively and openly at all levels including EMEA region
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to drive sales and service performance
  • Committed to Health, Safety and Environmental excellence
  • Capital equipment and supporting finance package experience preferred
  • Commercial excellence with advanced understanding of business levers (Finance, Residual Value, Maintenance)
