THE WORK

As a Test Lead, you will:

• Define and implement test strategies for complex projects, ensuring quality across all phases of delivery.
• Lead and mentor testing team, driving best practices in automation, performance, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to align testing with project goals.
• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with our standards and client requirements.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Strong knowledge of test management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken).

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
