Here’s a summary of the role:

Love helping customers succeed? Thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments where no two projects are the same?

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the early customer journey—guiding clients from implementation through adoption and ensuring they realize value quickly. If you’re someone who enjoys project coordination, delivering impactful client training, managing multiple stakeholders, and building strong customer relationships, this could be your next great move.

This is an opportunity to work with clients, senior stakeholders, and global teams while becoming a trusted advisor during one of the most important phases of the customer lifecycle.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):

  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to adoption
  • Lead onboarding projects by coordinating timelines, milestones, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
  • Deliver engaging product onboarding sessions and training to help customers quickly adopt and maximize value
  • Configure customer environments and guide clients through setup and best-practice implementation
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders including administrators, business leaders, and senior client contacts
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Sales teams to resolve challenges and improve customer outcomes

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or customer success
  • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving timelines to completion
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, self-driven approach
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Experience working in SaaS, software implementation, or B2B technology environments
  • Exposure to governance, compliance, legal technology, or entity management solutions
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or global accounts
  • Prior experience in product adoption, customer enablement, or implementation training
