The Role
As a Sr. Marketing Specialist focused on driving growth for our Private Markets solutions, you will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and increase conversion rates across our product suite. This role bridges traditional marketing fundamentals with modern data-driven methodologies to accelerate growth within our target segments.

Reporting into the Head of Growth Marketing for the Analytics business, you will work closely with the sales team, Business Development teams and other Marketing teams to develop and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting prospective Private Market audiences throughout all stages of the buyer’s journey. You will also analyze and report on campaign performance, identify best practices and trendspotting, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement and next steps. We take an account-based marketing approach so your ability to understand multiple segments of our client base with an ability to execute programs that resonate with our personas is critical to success.

What You’ll Do

The ideal candidate for this role is excited about demand generation, with experience in managing and executing multi-channel marketing programs. You will need to be familiar with marketing best practices to facilitate consistent and impactful campaigns that drive qualified leads to our business partners. In this role you will:

  • Design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives and sales targets; Build strategies to generate and convert the full spectrum of inbound and outbound demand.
  •  Create strategic account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting C-level executives with tailored messaging for each audience segment and role.
  • Build processes, programs, and feedback loops that enable valuable, scalable, high impact prospect engagement.
  • Customize and deploy segment-specific messaging and content strategies based on audience insights, working in close partnership with Product Marketing
  • Manage regional marketing initiatives, adapting global campaigns to address local market needs
  • Support field marketing activities, including virtual and in-person events, to generate and nurture leads
  • Optimize hand off points between marketing and sales based upon touch point analysis and likelihood to convert and close based upon marketing attribution data.
  • Establish clear KPIs and analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize conversion rates; Identify, track and report on progress of key metrics (leads, pipeline contribution, business influenced) and ongoing campaigns/projects
  • Transform data into actionable strategies by extracting, analyzing, and applying insights to guide decision-making
  • Work cross-functionally with revenue, product, content, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging deployment
  • Maintain deep understanding of competitor positioning and market trends to inform strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with sales to understand local content needs and work with Content Marketing to solution for gaps quickly and at pace with needs
  • Follow centralized process to ensure workflow efficiency and communicate with stakeholders and managers timely for visibility
     

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven marketing experience in SaaS or financial services firms
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (Salesforce, Gong, 6sense, Pardot and/or Knak experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of financial markets and analytics solutions preferred
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
