Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, defining business solutions and structures, and developing a business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving strategic initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll, Mandatory workday certification required - Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration - Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A Mandatory workday certification is required
