Description:

As a Sales Executive within Marsh’s Corporate segment, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and deepening client relationships with corporate clients. You will leverage Marsh’s global expertise in risk management and insurance broking to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex client needs. This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across Marsh’s global network to provide best-in-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, grow and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients in the Danish market
  • Drive C‑suite level sales processes from initial contact and prospecting through to signed agreements
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a strong sales pipeline and deliver against ambitious sales targets
  • Present and sell Marsh’s corporate risk and insurance solutions, positioning our value proposition in a clear and compelling way
  • Identify client needs and translate them into tailored solutions in close collaboration with internal specialists and client teams
  • Work closely with Client Executives and other colleagues to ensure a smooth handover from sales to ongoing client management and high client satisfaction

What You Need To Have:

  • At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience with complex solutions (for example consulting, insurance, technology, financial or other professional services)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C‑suite decision-makers
  • Strong capability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, structured and compelling way
  • Results-oriented mindset, used to working towards ambitious targets, KPIs and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Danish and English
  • A proactive, self-driven and structured way of working, with high professional integrity

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience within corporate insurance, risk advisory or brokerage
  • A strong track record of winning new business and developing corporate client portfolios
  • Good understanding of the Danish corporate market, including key trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales processes with multiple stakeholders and longer decision cycles
  • Background from a leading broker, insurer, consulting, tech or solutions provider (for example professional services, risk/insurtech or financial services)
  • University degree or equivalent relevant education
