Job Summary
Responsible for multiple Human Resources functions and works directly with the leadership team. This role primarily supports the CXSO Sales Operations Call Center and requires demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) supporting Frontline environments. Partners with leaders and employees to ensure HR strategies and initiatives are effectively implemented. Oversees the coordination of recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Develops financial and operational objectives and ensures operational plans are aligned with business goals. Contributes to functional strategy development and has a significant impact on business results, typically supporting approximately 350 frontline employees in our Sales Operations team.Job Description

This job can be performed in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $112,092.63 - $210,173.68Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
