$24.04/hour

Summary

The Operations Coordinator will provide support for BAA’s national operations team, including the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor. This is a junior level role that is heavily administrative. There are long-term growth opportunities within the role which will include added responsibilities within the department. It’s a busy, hardworking but laidback environment where humor is always welcome.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft and send e-mails and track action items and deadlines
  • Set up and maintain spreadsheets
  • Edit and organize PDFs in Adobe Pro.
  • Learn new business-specific software programsData Entry
  • Checking various materials for accuracy
  • Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements.
  • Special seasonal projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret pricing proposals and negotiations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues both inside and outside the company at all levels.
  • Ability to draft and send e-mails in MS Outlook along with follow up, as needed.

  • Ability to prioritize workflow based on deadlines
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions
