Job Level: Business Operations Specialist II

Role Overview

This role supports the Mobile System and Software team within MCBU, focusing on operational excellence, strategic coordination, and cross-functional enablement. The candidate will be instrumental in driving execution alignment, managing cadence-based initiatives, and supporting leadership visibility across MCBU programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Cadence Management

  • - Own and manage recurring meetings such as the MCBU Weekly Staff Meeting, Monthly Meeting, and Roadmap & Execution syncs.
  • - Track and consolidate action items across MCBU forums, maintaining visibility through Confluence or similar platforms.

Strategic Enablement

  • - Support rollout and tracking of FY’26 Imperatives and related tracking, ensuring alignment with BU goals.
  • - Coordinate with leaders on roadmap execution and client/vendor engagement.

Operational Support

  • - Facilitate onboarding logistics, site access, and IT provisioning for new team members, as demonstrated during her own onboarding.
  • - Handle all the Procurement, Logistics, SEZ clearance and related needs of BU Engineering HW CoE lab in Hyderabad site
  • - Liaise with facilities. logistics and security for event coordination and team activities.

Communication & Documentation

  • - Draft and circulate meeting summaries, action trackers, and knowledge-sharing content.
  • - Ensure regular update reports to local and global stakeholders
  • - Maintain structured documentation for AI/AR/VR initiatives and RAG sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field.
  • - 3+ years of experience in administrative or operational coordination roles.
  • - Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Experience in semiconductor or tech industry operations.
  • - Familiarity with BU cadence planning and stakeholder engagement.
