Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Director, Safety Solutions Integration is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of safety solutions across various key products and initiatives, focusing on end-to-end (E2E) partnership development, resource procurement, and intelligent data signal integration. This role is responsible for executing safety business cases to operationalize safety data signals into associate day to day processes and applications 

  

This role will bereporting to the Senior Director, Safety Integration & Enablement. This is an onsite role based in Bentonville, Arkansas; a full relocation package is available – Remote is NOT an Option \

Key Responsibilities 

Development of E2E Partnerships 

  • Own the development of end-to-end partnerships: Leads as the “business” within 4iBs to drive the operationalization of prioritized safety signals into key products

  • Leads Use Case Identification: Facilitates ideation, discovery and working sessions with potential partners who can contribute to the integration of safety solutions. 

  • Drives Cross Functional Collaborations: Leads cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of safety signals with product objectives. 

  • Ensures Integration Implementation: Ensures seamless integration and is accountable to for implementation of designated use cases 

Resource Procurement 

  • Owns resource procurement: Identifies and secures necessary product, engineering, design resources for the development of safety solutions (ex. 4iB, technology tools, software, etc.) to build and implement safety use cases 

  • Proactively Strategic Planning: Creates procurement plans that empower leaders to make decisions with resource procurement traditional timelines 

  • Maintains Resource Visibility: Monitor resource utilization to ensure optimal deployment and efficiency. 

Executes Prioritized Safety Business Cases 

  • Drives On Time Delivery: Drives the execution of prioritized safety business cases to ensure timely and successful implementation. 

  • Leverages Product and Program Management Tools: Develops detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for safety business cases, to enable monitoring of project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 

  • Initiative Use Case Risk Mitigation: Identify and appropriately get in front of risks to ensure the successful delivery of safety business cases.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal, occupational health and safety, communications, or related area and 5 years’ experience in safety management or program management.
3 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role.

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related area, Walmart experience in Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, or Finance, including at least 2 years’ experience in a role requiring strategy development.
