We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst. In this role, you will be part of the Compliance department, reporting to the Director of Regulatory Compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and investigative skills, attention to detail, and expertise in Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), and Transaction Monitoring, including AML Investigations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze customer, transaction, and wallet data related to all regulatory inquiries, exams, subpoenas, and law enforcement requests   

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders 

  • Document changes to compliance program policies, procedures, and processes 

  • Provide actionable intelligence based on reviews to assist in mitigating risks and enhancing AML policies, procedures, and controls 

  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends 

  • Collaborate cross functionally with other departments to ensure compliance obligations are satisfied 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred 

  • 2-5 years of experience in AML compliance, with a focus on CDD, EDD, and/or Transaction Monitoring 

  • Certification in AML (e.g., CAMS, ICA) is highly preferred 

  • Familiarity with AML monitoring systems and tools 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering rules, and Cryptocurrency/Digital Assets are a plus 

  • Proven ability to work independently and complete tasks and projects autonomously 

  • Proactive problem-solver capable of identifying issues and generating solutions 

Nice to have: 

  • Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains 

  • Experience working in a Financial Intelligence Unit 

  • Experience with Tableau and other data analysis tools 

  • General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency 

Base Salary Range: $75,000 -$90,000 USD
