Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
•    Manage or lead an area or team of functional architects focused on business process design.
•    Contribute to the development and implementation of architectural solutions.
•    Participate in project planning and execution. 
•    Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
•    Provide expertise in business processes and technology integration.
•    Assist in maintaining architectural standards.
•    Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
•    Support the team in achieving project goals

Basic Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
•    Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience in business or functional architecture, business process design, and technology integration
•    Strong problem-solving and project management skills 
•    Effective communication and team collaboration abilities 
•    Relevant business or functional architecture certifications or advanced training 
•    Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams  on business or functional architecture projects  
•    Proven success in implementing business or functional architecture solutions in an enterprise environment  
•    Successful management of complex business or functional architecture projects 
•    Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology 

Other Qualifications:
•    Advanced degrees in relevant fields a plus 
•    Relevant certifications or advanced training a plus
