Order Management Associate
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Monitor order status and resolve obstacles that prevent customers from receiving orders on time
- Communicate order issues to customers, offer them possible solutions and execute their decision/change requests
- Troubleshoot order/system issues, and assist to identify and correct their root cause
- Cooperate with our warehouses and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and provide them information essential to shipping
- Handle payment issues with credit card, Paypal, wire and work with Finance to initiate credit line setup
- Liaise between Trade Compliance and customers to complete required documents
- Support our internal / international teams with order status requests
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to implement improvements
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years order management / operations experience, ideally within the electronics industry
- Negotiation-level English language skills both orally and in writing is a must
- Good customer service skills, willing, helpful attitude
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels and work in a team environment
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks, with prioritization and escalation skills
- Flexibility and ability to adjust in a fast-moving and international environment
Good to have:
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Knowledge of Salesforce, particularly its use for case management
