We are looking for a tech-interested AI content developer to join our Vilnius team. As an AI Technical Training Content Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, curating, and maintaining high-quality AI learning experiences that support enterprise AI adoption across Nasdaq.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with external content vendors and internal subject matter experts to review, curate, and integrate AI learning content aligned to Nasdaq's priorities.
• Develop tool-specific AI training materials, including tutorials, walkthroughs, labs, and use-case-based learning assets.
• Create structured content for AI coaching experiences, including guidance scripts, decision trees, and contextual learning interventions.
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, practical, and accessible learning materials for diverse audiences.
• Support continuous improvement by incorporating learner feedback, platform analytics, and evolving AI capabilities into content updates.
   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, learning design, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience developing technical learning content, eLearning, or digital enablement materials.
• Experience working with programming (any languages) and GitHub
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, tools, and/or platforms, including generative AI, Copilot, Claude, and Kiro.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and concisely.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors or distributed content contributors.
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for AI-driven or automated coaching tools.
• Familiarity with learning platforms, content management systems, or learning experience platforms.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and learning theory.
   

Location

This position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
