This is a rare opportunity to join Talent, Learning and Culture team in Hong Kong as an Assistant Vice President on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this strategic position, you will play a central role in shaping the employee experience, driving people development, and supporting business priorities through innovative talent strategies. What you'll do:
As Assistant Vice President in Talent, Learning & Culture team, you will be entrusted with delivering a broad range of responsibilities that directly shape the professional growth journey for employees across the Hong Kong branch. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating closely with both regional colleagues and local business leaders to design, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies tailored to evolving business needs. You will also take ownership of early-career programmes—ensuring they are robust, engaging, and aligned with succession planning objectives—while also leveraging digital tools to enhance access to learning opportunities for all staff. Your analytical skills will be key in measuring programme success through data-driven insights. Additionally, you will play an instrumental role in fostering an inclusive workplace culture by leading engagement surveys, supporting Employee Resource Networks, promoting recognition initiatives, and partnering on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion events. Through these varied responsibilities, you will help build a supportive environment where every individual can flourish.
What you bring:

Your background should include hands-on experience managing end-to-end talent development processes—from early-career programme design through leadership pipeline cultivation—supported by an understanding of how digital solutions can transform traditional learning environments. Your ability to communicate clearly ensures that stakeholders remain engaged throughout project lifecycles while your attention to detail guarantees compliance with regulatory standards. A commitment to inclusivity underpins your approach; you are comfortable facilitating discussions around diversity equity & inclusion while also supporting broader cultural initiatives.
