Position Summary
The Supply Chain Inventory, Quality and Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing inventory management and quality assurance within the distribution center. Reporting to the IQC Manager, this position leverages data analytics and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support operational excellence. The Analyst is responsible for validating key metrics, developing process improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy, reduce damages, and improve productivity.
The scope of analytics also includes:
1) Utilizing data and performance metrics to define policies and processes to improve inventory accuracy.
2) Communicating key insights and partnering with cross-functionally with DC Operations, IQC COE, Inventory Management, Reverse Logistics, OpEx, SC Systems, Internal and External Audit and Quality Control.
3) Additional responsibilities including SOX Testing, Inventory Movement Optimization, and special requests to support distribution center and Supply Chain leadership.
This Analyst’s work will impact the quality of the team’s work in assisting the team with meeting or exceeding specific targeted goals that are established for Inventory, Quality and Control team. As a result, this requires that the individual must continually hold themself accountable for accurate reporting and results and requires the individual to work independently on a wide range of issues while managing specific programs. In addition, the position also requires the ability to lead, provide guidance to new team members, innovate, and think differently to find new and better ways to solve straightforward problems that present challenges to achieving those goals.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
