ABOUT THIS ROLE

As an SAP Seller, you will identify, develop, and close new opportunities across SAP’s cloud portfolio—including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP BTP, and related modernization services. You will work within DXC’s Application Services organization and collaborate closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and portfolio executives to craft business‑driven, cloud‑forward SAP transformation solutions for customers across the Mexico.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create, qualify, and drive new SAP cloud opportunities in both existing and net‑new customers, owning the pursuit from discovery to deal closure.
  • Develop value‑driven proposals that align SAP capabilities (SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, Analytics, Integration) with customer business outcomes.
  • Lead executive‑level conversations with business and technology decision‑makers to understand needs and position DXC’s end‑to‑end SAP transformation approach.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, presales, delivery teams, and portfolio leaders to build compelling, accurate solution proposals.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and adhere to DXC’s opportunity governance processes.
  • Participate in co‑sell motions with SAP and other ecosystem partners to maximize market reach and pipeline creation.
  • Represent DXC at SAP events, customer workshops, and industry sessions to educate customers on modernization pathways.
  • Ensure smooth deal handoff to delivery teams and maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the transition.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS or cloud applications, within SAP’s portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success selling into mid‑market or large enterprise organizations with complex decision cycles.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, BTP) and cloud transformation journeys.
  • Experience building proposals, leading sales cycles, developing pricing strategies, and working with cross‑functional pursuit teams.
  • Excellent communication, executive‑level presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work virtually with geographically distributed teams and travel as needed.
  • Prior experience selling SAP services through system integrators, hyperscale’s, or OEM partnership models.
  • Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Supply Chain processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP’s RISE and GROW programs.
  • Salesforce CRM proficiency.

Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company. These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process. DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process, nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf. More information on employment scams is available here.
