What you will be doing:
This position is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and expansion of the Food & Nutrition program across our acute and non-acute healthcare members.
Create and execute strategies to drive satisfaction, penetration, and growth
Enhance member and field engagement regarding the Food Program.
Determine needs of the healthcare members to develop strategies for the future components of the Food & Nutrition Program.
Lead strategy development for Premier’s Clinical Nutrition and Wellness programs.
Lead member engagement and education for food operations with the Premier field.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility #1– 40%
Strategy development and execution for our healthcare members to drive desired growth results
Responsibility #2 – 20%
Member engagement with field to ensure satisfaction and full utilization of the food program
Responsibility #3 – 20%
Strategy development and execution for direct food contracts (not running through US Foods)
Responsibility #4 – 10%
Develop and oversee member education programs
Responsibility #5 – 10%
Management of staff including selection, training, coaching and development
Required Qualifications
Work Experience:
Years of Applicable Experience - 12 or more yearsEducation:
Bachelors (Required)
Preferred Qualifications
Skills:
Food Service Operations
Relationship Management
Strategy and Program Development
Experience:
Leadership position within the food service industry
Proven ability to drive results
Proven customer engagement skills including marketing and education development
Develop high performing people and team.
Education:
Formal education in the food or hospitality field
Master’s degree
Registered Dietitian
