Introduction:
We are seeking a visionary Senior Account/Project Manager renowned for their outstanding work in the Beauty & Skincare sector to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to elevate our brand's presence and impact across Europe.
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Account/Project Manager, where you'll lead client communication within the corresponding division for the campaign status update. Reporting to the Account Director, you'llclosely collaborate with the wider team, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving impactful content production.
As the Senior Account/Project Manager, you will be focusing on 2 key areas:
- Keep the key stakeholder of the clients within the division for the status update across all campaigns (topline). Your role involves client service management, risks of production assessment, tailoring bespoke timings based on local market lead times and resource availability.
- Work closely within internal delivery teams to understand the status and identify the potential risks. Your role requires a deep understanding of the production and delivery processes for digital media. You'llspearhead project management, assessing campaign volumes, and scoping while reviewing production schedules and providing direction to Project Managers
You'll maintain close coordination with the delivery team (including translation, production, content upload team) to ensure adherence to campaign milestones, quality standards, and timely delivery. As a motivating force within the team, you'll inspire your direct reports to excel in their roles, while facilitating effective communication across the team to align with overarching production objectives. Acting as the central point of contact, you'll relay status updates, risks, and challenges of all campaign deliverables, including resource considerations, while escalating production issues to the Production Leads.
What you will be doing:
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of adaptation projects, from initial concept through to execution and delivery, ensuring adherence to strict SLAs and quality benchmarks
- Overall responsible for a clear and proactive communication with client key stakeholders for the production status, identify potential risks and required actions.
- Measure team performance based on built dashboards, to identify asset volume accuracy, timeliness KPI and quality of the output.
- Responsible as division oversight of production and delivery (including translation, creative, production, content upload, syndication with the full cycle of work), supporting the Project Managers to deliver a high volume of assets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Support Production Managers on project planning, status, risks, and challenges.
- Overseeing creative resource required for production in order to meet the deadline of the deliverables. Escalating resource shortfalls to Resource Lead
- Lead daily stand-up calls with clients and delivery team, ensuring production is on track and providing an escalation point to the Production Lead.
- Review campaigns, familiarise yourself with forecast data, to drive foresight of production.
- Support the Production Lead and the Account Director on campaign kick-off calls, assisting on out-of-scope and out-of-guideline conversations as needed.
- Ensure brand guardianship of briefs and global guideline changes, while rolling out local campaigns re-iterating SLAs.
- Support Production Lead and Account Director with cost estimates for additional resource where needed.
- Champion automation and future-facing ways of working.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in digital, print and motion, covering owned and bought media.
- Experience working with beauty and Dermatological products
- Demonstrated leadership guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact results
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is required since we operate globally.
- Experience working with multiple campaigns and languages.
- A deep understanding of the business: their needs, expectations and requirements to provide the best service and solution through close partnership with the client.
- Keeping up with e-commerce industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Effective project management through the full lifecycle using project governance as directed by the client – escalating issues and proactively resolving problems, managing project resource and spend and making critical decisions
- The ability to drive and motivate a team and project through to successful completion
- Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and KPIs
- Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing
- Support client growth and projects.
- Proficient in Adobe WF, Microsoft Office, and other related software.
- A clear understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the accounts advantage.
- Good to have: drive successful campaign production lifecycles, with an ability to assess risk in real time adapt using agile methodology.
- Proficiency forecasting, resource management and project burn rate.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to innovation and new business growth.

- You’ll already be a Producer or Senior Account/Project Manager looking for bigger challenges on a larger account where you can hone your existing skills and cultivate new ones.
