Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle CCS Data Conversion Consultant to support data migration activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) / CCS implementations. The role focuses on designing, developing, and executing data conversions using SQL, PL/SQL, and ODI, with strong understanding of CCS/CCB data models and metadata.

Key Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end data conversion activities for Oracle CCS/CCB implementations.
Analyze legacy source systems and map data to Oracle CCS target structures.
Develop and execute ETL processes using ODI.
Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Convert customer, account, premise, service agreement, billing, payment, and balance data.
Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and production cutover.
Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems.
Document conversion logic, mappings, and load procedures.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Good understanding of Oracle CCB / CCS data model, datasets, and metadata.
Proven experience in data conversion / data migration projects.
Experience handling large data volumes and complex transformations.

Additional Requirements
Knowledge of utility billing business processes.
Experience working with staging schemas and conversion frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight conversion timelines.
Good communication skills for working with functional and technical teams.

Good to Have
Experience with Oracle Utilities CCS Cloud.
Knowledge of OUAF framework.
Exposure to performance tuning and bulk data loads.
Oracle or ODI/CCS certifications.
