Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning and Enablement Systems Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our learning and enablement systems, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience for all users. You will also evaluating how to improve processes and deploy enhancements of these systems for the betterment of the organization and our customers.
We are looking for someone who has a ‘get it done attitude’, takes ownership and builds credibility quickly. You thrive in aggressive timelines and can work on multiple projects. This position is for someone who wants opportunities to grow quickly, obtain a lot of different experiences, work hard, but have a great time doing it. You will have an opportunity to work with an exceptional group of passionate Subject Matter Experts and team members who have a lot of fun making things happen.
What you will do:
Learning Tech Stack Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Learning & Development Team tech stack which includes our Learning Management System (LMS), Content Management System, Sales Enablement tools, badging tool, lab environment among others.
Documentation: You will be responsible for documenting and improving processes with this tech stack.
User Support: Provide support and training to users, addressing any issues or questions related to the learning systems.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze user engagement and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning, customer and employee outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on system functionality to ensure a high standard.
Reporting: Generate and present reports on learning tech stack usage and effectiveness to stakeholders.
Tech Stack Support: Support and enhance the following technologies to improve processes and better the business: Gong, Credly, Skytap, Litmos, Shopify, Highspot, Lever
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or college degree in Education, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience managing learning platforms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tech stack administration
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of customer service for both internal and external customers and ability to demonstrate going the extra mile.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders and build positive relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in a corporate training or educational environment. Experience with the following tools/vendors a major asset: Litmos, Gong, Highspot, Lever, Credly, Skytap and Shopify.
