Title: Senior Director, Brand Tracking and Marketing Measurement

Location: US

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Head of Insights, Measurement and Data Analytics

Job Overview: The Senior Director, Brand Tracking and Marketing Measurement will lead a team responsible for the measurement and analysis of marketing campaigns, the value and drivers of the HP brand, and provide strategic recommendations on critical business decisions.  Establish a best-in-class modelling practice for B2B and B2C efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data strategies that align with business goals.
  • Lead a data science team in analysing marketing campaigns and customer data to identify trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership on development of KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and measure A/B testing, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
  • Ownership of all brand or marketing related primary research
  • Provide strategic guidance on resource allocation and optimization.
  • Monitor the perceptions of our brand and corresponding value in terms of business impact.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and marketing analytics.
  • Oversee procurement and enablement of key tools and agency partnerships related to brand measurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in data science, marketing analytics, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Extensive experience in global organizations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.

 Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $164,350.00 - $246,550.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
