Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of custom applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the business requirements. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration across teams to drive the project forward while managing priorities and resolving challenges that arise during the development process. The engineer acts as the central point of contact, guiding the team and aligning efforts to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence, Workday Core Integrations, Workday Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in data integration and analytics within enterprise software environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in software applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and data visualization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Prism Analytics.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
