Job Summary

The Director of Sales Enablement is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end enablement around four primary domains: Connectivity, Entertainment, Offers & Rewards and Tools/Channels. This individual will lead a team of four Sales Enablement leaders (one per domain) to develop and implement innovative enablement strategies that align with the organization's goals, brand identity, and target audience needs. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, knowledge transfer, change management, and creative vision to drive impactful initiatives that enable our front-line sales teams to differentiate the company in the market.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear vision for a Sales Enablement Strategy that blends tactical execution with learning and enablement.  
  • Engaging Storytelling: Build and end-to-end story within any initiative to explain the ‘what, how and why’ as it relates to impacts on our customers, sellers, or processes.   
  • Innovation and Ideation: Drive continuous innovation in content strategy by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and best practices. Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team to explore new content formats, platforms, and distribution channels. 
  • Audience Insights: Utilize data-driven insights and audience research to inform content strategy decisions. Understand audience behaviors, preferences, and pain points to create content that resonates with target demographics and drives desired outcomes. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and other departments to ensure content strategies are integrated and aligned with broader business objectives.  
  • Content Development and Optimization: Oversee the development and production of high-quality, engaging content across various formats (e.g., articles, videos, infographics, podcasts, etc.). Establish processes for content creation, distribution, and optimization to maximize reach and impact. 
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to a team of content strategists, analysts, and creatives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, learning, and professional growth. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). 
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role, with a focus on innovation and strategic leadership. 
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable content strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Deep understanding of sales enablement platforms and experience in content distribution 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track content performance and inform decision-making. 
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas, technologies, and trends in content marketing and storytelling. 
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $93,337.50 USD-$218,759.76 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
