Leidos has an opening for an ISR Training Manager at Fort Liberty, NC. This position is supporting our 16 AF Cryptologic Training and Intelligence Operations Support (CTIOS) contract.

Job Responsibilities:

Serves as Selection & Training Manager for Special Operations unit.  Sponsors new military members and coordinates/schedules initial requisite and continuation training for multiple career fields in support of special operations missions.  Reviews and maintains current courses and curriculums.  Attends selection events as required and evaluates candidate performance in accordance with selection & training standards.  Must be able to effectively communicate and coordinate unique considerations to internal and external organizations. Required to report training statuses to senior unit leadership as well as higher headquarters.  The ideal candidate will be well versed with Air Force publications and regulations and possess experience in coordinating with Department of Defense, joint and service organizations, and the Intelligence Community. 

Required Qualification:

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree). The candidate must have strong customer service skills to support working with a variety of military officers and civilian managers. Must have the ability to work independently and function as part of a dynamic team. The candidate must also communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint. Current TS/SCI required on day 1.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
