About the Role

岗位：Director II, Partnership Distribution

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 业务规划与目标管理

• 基于对银保市场行情、竞争对手等的研究与洞察，结合公司整体战略目标与愿景要求，制定银保业务目标，并结合目标达成路径拆解，进一步细化设计分解过程性与结果性考核指标

• 建立并落实系统化的考核与追踪管理机制，并通过定期的业务统计、分析与销售预测，为渠道业务改善督导提供依据与建议

• 业务推动

• 根据银保渠道的高净值业务目标，统筹协调对接高净值业务部、信托公司等，制定并实施年度高净值业务推动机制，如分阶段目标与主题，落地成效跟踪等，以推动银保高净值业务发展

• 承接产品开发团队及大健康部门，统筹产品/服务营销宣传资料标准版的制作，并根据业务需求，组织新产品/服务培训与推动工作坊

• 负责全国型荣誉体系与竞赛活动等组织开展，助力业务目标达成

• 根据业务节奏，组织设计并推动客户活动的开展，建立追踪机制，检视活动成效与收益

• 机构管理

• 负责制定、落实并不断完善机构分层分级管理制度与评价标准，以及相应的资源配套方案

• 组织开展机构评级管理工作，推动机构晋级提升

• 组织规划阶段专项机构调研，宣导总公司政策导向，督导机构管理政策的实施情况，并不断总结经验，提升机构管理能力

• 统筹新机构筹建银保业务相关的准备工作，明确业务相关的资源与政策标准等

• 产品开发管理

• 深入研究行业、竞争对手产品趋势与渠道产品需求，制定银保产品/价值主张开发规划

• 统筹落实银保专属产品开发，并根据市场动态的变化及时予以调整，以满足业务实际需求

Minimum Job Requirements:

• 大学本科及以上学历

• 10~15年以上保险行业工作经验（8年及以上团队管理经验），丰富的保险公司银保业务分支机构管理、筹建等经验，拥有营销企划、机构管理、大型项目管理等相关工作经验者优先考虑

• 具备扎实的市场与营销知识，且熟悉银保业务模式与规则，业务敏锐度高

• 具备较强的略思考、逻辑思维、统筹协调能力和组织规划能力，能发现和及时处理突发问题

• 具有良好的团队协作精神和持续学习能力

• 良好的敬业度和执行力
