Job Responsibilities:

• Works with Security Operations Manager to define core competency on training needs and programs for security staff

• Create, deliver, implement, and modify as required in various in-house security training programs

• Research, evaluate and recommend vendors for training programs with suitable techniques and procedures

• Identify/incorporate best practices and lessons learned into program plans

• Provide on-boarding security training for new employees

• Design, develop and maintain appropriate survey tools and tracking mechanism to capture necessary data related to staff training effectiveness, higher education, and certifications

• Analyze training program effectiveness and submits reports and recommendations to management

• Teach in-house training courses

• Prepare timeline for training courses with HR

Job Requirements:

• Experienced manager or supervisor in Security field

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Team building and problem-solving skills are required

• Possess the ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling employee conflicts

• Mature, self-motivated and independent
